There is no mileage limit on your rented vehicle. You can drive an unlimited number of kilometers within the Netherlands. If you purchase international insurance and indicate you intend to travel abroad, you still have unlimited mileage within a 100km radius of the Dutch border. If you wish to travel further than 100km outside the Netherlands, we will prepare a customized quote.
By default, the truck or van may only be used within the Netherlands. If you are traveling abroad with the vehicle, you must notify us in advance to comply with insurance requirements.
The vehicle deposit is €500. This must be paid in advance and will be returned after the rental period, provided there are no damages or violations.
The minimum age for renting a bus is 21 years and you must have held a valid driver’s license for at least 1 year.
A valid category B driving license is required to drive all our vans.
Yes, we offer customized weekly and monthly rates. For longer rental periods, please contact us for a customized quote.
If you damage the rented vehicle, you are fully responsible for all resulting costs. We recommend purchasing additional insurance to limit unexpected costs.
Our vans seat between 2 and 3 people. Please indicate the number of people traveling with you when booking so we can recommend a suitable vehicle.
The vehicle is supplied with a full tank and must be returned with one as well. If not, you will be charged fuel costs and a service fee.
Yes, it is possible to add an additional driver. The additional driver must also meet the minimum age and driving experience requirements and must be registered in advance with the rental office.
Pets are not permitted in our rental vehicles unless explicit prior permission has been granted. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the vehicle is not returned in its original condition.
In the event of a breakdown or accident, please contact our customer service immediately. Instructions and emergency numbers can be found in the rental agreement and the vehicle’s documentation.
Reservations may be changed or canceled, depending on the terms and conditions. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss the options and any cancellation fees.
Yes, you can pay in cash. We also accept debit cards.
